HURRICANE KATRINA – Task Force Leader, acting as IC of an IMT support unit with a Unified Command with reinforced battalion of Georgia National Guard, Tenn. Air Guard, Indiana Command Unit, over 1,450 volunteer and military personnel focused on homebound victims in Gulfport, Mississippi – appointed by Harrison County EOC, 2005.

HURRICANE FRANCES & JEANNE – Donations Coordinator for emergency relief efforts with Bahamian Government in Grand Bahama and Abaco Island, 2004.

HURRICANES FRANCES & JEANNE – Strike Team Leader, coordinated public relief operations, worked under FEMA guidelines for reimbursable operations, 2004. 

HURRICANE CHARLIE, Task Force Leader for Emergency Relief Effort involving multiple, religiously affiliated relief organizations in both Arcadia and Punta Gorda, Florida, 2004.

HURRICANE FLOYD, Incident Commander, appointed by the Prime Minister of The Bahamas. Coordinated international relief efforts for 110 mile island chain. Managed entire Bahamian-based, Emergency Management Operations Center, involving both military and paramilitary operations, 1999.
